The team works collaboratively to deliver innovative risk management solutions and provide capacity building engagements through workshops, seminars, conferences, and other professional development activities.

Executive Director

Provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the organization, ensuring alignment with the Board's vision and mission.

Executive Assistant

Provides administrative support to the Executive Director and facilitates smooth operations of the executive office.

Director - Training & Programmes

Leads the development and delivery of training programmes, professional certifications, and educational initiatives.

Chief Operating Officer

Oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of organizational strategies and processes.

Director - Finance & Administration

Manages financial operations, budgeting, and administrative functions to ensure fiscal responsibility and operational efficiency.

Training & Programmes Officer

Supports the development and delivery of training programmes and coordinates educational activities and events.

Business Development Officer

Drives business growth, develops strategic partnerships, and identifies opportunities for expanding IRMZA's services and reach.

Communications & Events Officer

Manages communications, public relations, and coordinates events, conferences, and networking activities.

Accounts & Membership Officer

Manages membership services, accounts, and provides support to members throughout their membership journey.
